Lead QA Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Lead QA Engineer with 10 years of expertise to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive testing strategies and leadership in the QA process.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and execution of automated and manual test cases using tools such as Playwright and Selenium.
• Perform functional testing and API testing to validate software functionality and performance.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to identify, document, and resolve defects.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality.
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers to build a high-performing QA team.

Required Skills and Certifications:

• Proficient in JavaScript and Java programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright and Selenium automation frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of API testing and functional testing techniques.
• ISTQB certification is required, demonstrating a solid foundation in QA principles and best practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with SQL for database validation and testing.
• Experience using JIRA and Monday for issue tracking and project management.
